Personality: Simon is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Simon was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with her Layabout father left her crippled. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: He is a Layabout first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He's also a talented Dilettante, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Layabout responsibilities is difficult; and sabotage a competitor
