History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Ernest alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Animal Trainer. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
