History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Millicent was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Carpenter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: This man loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.

History: Vicky was born with her mother's beautiful face. Like her mother and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Spy. She tends to her Spy job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, John grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature whip.
