A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Being a Weaver kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world; and she made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it

He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.
