Description: She is scrawny and has patchy red stubble. She wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally she sports a grey coat. She has a hunchback. Her red hair is cut short. Her ears are large.
Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with singing. She constantly tries to fill her life with singing. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of goblins once and for all.
History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and she has money and likes to spend it

Description: He wears a worn and beaten armor. He is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly longbows and scythes. He has wavy red hair. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.
History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Theobald grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Theobald. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

Description: This southern man likes to wear black tank tops with blue pants. His clothes are grease stained in places. His silver hair is singed and shortened. His eyes are a pleasant gray.
Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Cartwright hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: Standing 5'6", this man wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His red hair is smooth and relatively long. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He is happy with his job as a Mayor. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.
History: Theodoric was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature lance.
Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality.
