He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. She is underhanded and not above using her wealth and body to get others to do her bidding.

History: She got into the Mason business at a young age. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

She prefers to carry a mace, but if one is not available she will default to her shield. She has done her best to style her auburn hair to look like a famous performer. She wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. Sybil is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Sybil lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. After a long history of fighting, Sybil and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and she is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out
