History: Millicent was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. Her mother was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
