Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. She would rather hide behind her crafts than deal with other people.
History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. While she appears to be a normal Human, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. Being a Herbalist kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and she has decided she is irredeemable

Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.
History: Gifted from a young age, Millicent studied abroad. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and she's looking for her big break

History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.
