Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Anselm is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Herleva has worked very hard to control her curse. During her travels, Herleva and her party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Herleva discovered the rest of her party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Herleva fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing her own horrible transformation.
