History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Fletcher work with an outfit from a few towns over. Fletcher work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Marry her sister to traveling adventurers; and doesn't want to be a fletcher and was forced into it by her family

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Gunter was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
