History: He got into the Carter business at a young age. He worked as a nervous Carter and found it very stressful. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Carter.

History: Manfred lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). During his travels, Manfred and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic.
