History: Born in the north to a Jeweler, Conrad learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has worked as a Ploughman like his mother before him.

She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
