History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the east. Adelaide was born on a far eastern island where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Painter. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: Emmeline wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Paladin, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage son.

History: Gifted from a young age, Emmeline studied abroad. She worked as a nervous Layabout and found it very stressful. She tends to her Layabout job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent mother; and to prove her worth to the world

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: She is scrawny and has patchy golden stubble. She wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized tan coat. She has a hunchback. Her golden hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. She has gray eyes.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Herleva fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She feels threatened by others; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
