History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. History: He comes from a rich southern family. His arcane abilities were realized during a raid on his village. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. Jocelyn enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Jocelyn never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
