History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving William alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it

History: Born to a Guard, her father struggled to pay the bills. A gifted student she started as a Guard, but she got bored and became a Tailor. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
