However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the gnolls.

He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, John embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. His first spouse was a Glassblower, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. John fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
