History: Kyle lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He tends to his Apothecary job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and to reunite with his absent father

Personality: Helen is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She is harsh and unforgiving.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Her first spouse was a Gardener, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. After a long history of fighting, Helen and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

Personality: Anthony hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his painting career. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Anthony was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He now owns his own business.
