Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She lacks restraint and is impulsive. She jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. After a long history of fighting, Herleva and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the east; and she has money and likes to spend it
