Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Born in the east to a Bookbinder, Hugolina learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
