History: Emma was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Human companion (her 'brother'). She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.

History: Born in the south to a Mercenary, Hadwisa learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Mercenary. She tends to her Mercenary job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ella fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Percival was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
