History: Gerard was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. A gifted student he started as a Weaver, but he got bored and became a Fisher. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep violet leather and dull brown iron scale mail. His blonde hair, when down, is lengthy. His fierce gray eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: Shane was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
