Personality: She is fixated on the number 21. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Heather was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members.
