Description: She is a small woman, but exceptionally fit. She wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. She has no hair. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: She is fixated on the number 72. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. In her 15th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
Motivation: She is wracked by social anxiety; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Assassin. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

Description: He wears a black shirt, with a brown mid length shorts with brown tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. His black hair is still thick. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Dyer business.
History: Trym was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Trym fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

He prefers to carry a sickle, but if one is not available he will default to his shortspear. His right hand appears badly burned and disfigured. With a patchy white beard and wild white hair. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Navigator who has hired him part-time. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.
History: He comes from a rich western family. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Bowyer. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
Motivation: He is greedy.
