Description: She stands about 5'7" and wears many layers of old clothing at all times. Her right hand appears badly burned and disfigured. She has wavy blonde hair. Her eyes are likewise blue.

Personality: She hates Humans with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. Emmeline is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Stableman they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Map Maker, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Regain custody of her daughter; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He receives visions of the future at random moments

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered painting. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: To protect his home; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

Description: A plain young-adult man, he dresses like a well dressed Painter does. His brown hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a card scrunchie. His eyes are likewise gray. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Painter arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Painter for hire.

Description: Dark and lean, she is a relatively plain woman. She wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. Her silver hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. She has hazel eyes.

Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature shortbow.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends.
