History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. At some point he was captured by illithids and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with his Doctor father left him crippled. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 8 years.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her childhood dream was to be a Sculptor, but she was a colossal failure. She has worked as a Navigator like her mother before her.

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He has done his best to style his brown hair to look like a famous performer. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady blue eyes.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
