History: Emmeline was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gifted student she started as a Bookbinder, but she got bored and became a Body Guard. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

History: Giselle was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to her family’s name. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Gardener profession.

History: She was born into a rich family. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Agnes grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Agnes. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Engraver responsibilities is difficult; and to be a gardener again
