Charles's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He struck the Detective job and began his own company from there.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He struck the Shepherd job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and balancing his hectic life and new shepherd responsibilities is difficult
