History: Mary was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Beggar for the past few years.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
