Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Mayor. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
