Description: He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He carries with him a set of kukris, each one with a jet on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His hair, while still mostly white, has prominent grey streaks. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Tim was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Tim fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. In her youth she was a Mayor, and wanted to be a champion fighter when she grew up. She was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives she lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. She saw the brutality and swore off her fighting aspirations, taking her younger sister on her back after seeing her parents die, and fled the country. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ermina fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: This late middle aged woman is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of her physical features obscured and is in decent physical shape. Her silver hair is knotted and matted. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and retire the richest woman in the west

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Sailor but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His first spouse was a Spy, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and he has money and likes to spend it
