History: Thomas hails from a village terrorized by giants. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Thomas alone in the world. History: Norman lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When Norman reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. When Griselda reached her early adolescence her Human father passed away. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Personality: She is a sleazy, sleazy gal. She has no qualms about using her powers of suggestion to get people to do what she wants. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.

History: Born in the north to a Shepherd, Avice learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. A gifted student she started as a Bookbinder, but she got bored and became a Shepherd. She has dedicated herself to building a better trade route.
