History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Adventurer arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Description: He is a physically imposing dark-skinned man. He wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. His hair is cut close to his head. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. The war was a terrible time for him, and Jocelyn does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the east. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Description: This woman is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. She is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. She wears her hair in dreadlocks. She wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her mother. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC.
