History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He's also a talented Weaver, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: She was born in the south. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions
