Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

His mother taught him the rudiments of the Detective arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. At some point he was captured by drow and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Gerald was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the drow.
