Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: Norman was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Description: He is in excellent shape and wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. His head has been shaved. He has a dull look in his amber eyes.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Hugh fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She now mingles about in high society.
