History: The child of a Painter, who enjoyed hunting, Shane was taken on many hunting expeditions. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Chad was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
