Description: He is an average looking western male in his early mid-life. He wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. His hair, while still mostly black, has prominent grey streaks. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are hazel.
Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Banker. He receives visions of the future at random moments
History: The child of a Locksmith, who enjoyed hunting, Anselm was taken on many hunting expeditions. A gifted student he started as a Locksmith, but he got bored and became a Banker. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He prefers to wear flannel. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Spy work with an outfit from a few towns over. Spy work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He struck the Spy job and began his own company from there.
Motivation: Expand his business; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His golden hair is braided into rings. His skin is flawless and his green eyes scan people very quickly.
Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.
History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he is wracked by social anxiety

Description: This woman is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of her veins is visible when she is not flexing. Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. Her broad hat is riddled with cuts and holes. She is baby faced.
Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. Her job bores her to no end. She has decided to make it more interesting.
History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and she's looking for her big break
