History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when she was still a young child. The gnolls captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it.

Personality: She will rave to anyone who will listen. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: She was born in the south. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She bought a greataxe and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and wants to work out more often
