History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. Through the years after Margery was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Margery's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

History: He comes from a rich western family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
