History: Balimaar was born the youngest of three triplets. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
