History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature morningstar.

Description: A woman with a friendly, welcoming air about her, she wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates her frame. She has done her best to style her black hair to look like a famous performer. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Jacoba's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her father. She has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and she feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world

Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. The war was a terrible time for her, and Ahlyssa does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Ahlyssa was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Being a Servant kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and she feels kind of lost in life

His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He dropped out of school to support his sick mother, and resented it. Now he works as a singing tutor during his time off.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers.
