Personality: He thrives on attention. He does whatever is in his power to gain the attention of whomever he deems a fit date. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Dustin grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Dustin. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.
