History: Frederick was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. Some 4 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Ernest never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Personality: This man loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Trey is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Trey was born the youngest of three triplets. His parents enrolled him in a Paladin school at a young age so that he could practice his druidic talents. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She has never given up on her writing dream.
