He has a black handlebar mustache and slicked back black hair. He is baby faced.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 46. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: Tim hails from a village terrorized by giants. Tim was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Tim decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. History: Theodoric was born with his father's beautiful face. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He became a Miller soon after.

He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
