Rosamund fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Nicholas lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Lewis embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He feeds upon the attention of others.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage son.

History: Vicky hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Farmer they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Ploughman, and she later adopted a second son.

Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats.
