Personality: She is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks her mind. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.
History: The child of a Spice Merchant, who enjoyed hunting, Agnes was taken on many hunting expeditions. In her 13th year, her parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Agnes alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and to get a good night's sleep

Description: She is a small woman, but exceptionally fit. She has the majority of her body covered in plate. She wears her golden hair up in a very large beehive style do. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines green.
Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Emmeline will drive conversation. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Emmeline grew up listening to her father's many stories. Emmeline abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero.

Description: She is a paragon of her species. She is larger and stronger than most Humans. Her skin is dark but she possesses many violet ritualistic tattoos. She wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. With wild auburn hair. Her eyes are hazel and catlike.
Personality: This woman loves dancing and to teach people dancing more than just about anything. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Giselle grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Giselle. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature kukri.
Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and a rival would like her out of the picture

Description: He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His silver hair is braided into rings. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: He is fixated on the number 2. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Herbalist profession.
History: Geoffrey lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In his 12th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: Wants to raise his children well.
