History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Shane grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Shane. He has worked as a Body Guard like his father before him.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Susannah was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Detective they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Guard, and she later adopted a second son.
