Personality: Gunter wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Paladin, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: The child of a Banker, who enjoyed hunting, Gunter was taken on many hunting expeditions. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He bought a greatsword and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Personality: He is a Barkeep first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Barkeep for the past few years.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: Katherine hails from a village terrorized by orcs. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Gerald's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: Gerald was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
