Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Born in the east her family was never financially stable. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Alice grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Alice. Being a Brewer kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Fisher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and retire the richest woman in the west

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud.
