She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Sybil is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. She is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. During her travels, Jane and her party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Jane discovered the rest of her party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Jane fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing her own horrible transformation.
